W10, update from 1st of May or Spring Creators Update called 18.03 (March), can be downloaded from Microsoft as DVD via this link.
Then you install Rufus to burn the ISO to a USB and boot from it with your BIOS or UEFI set to boot from usb.
Or you can use the media creation tool to do the same.
See that you know your serial key for W10 and know the right name like home, pro etc… You can use Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder to know any serial used on your system also W10.
Then you can do a clean installation.
You can use Shutup 10 to make sure you send less information to Microsoft if privacy matters to you.
Ccleaner is there to keep your newly installed W10 fast and clean.
Install software from ninite.com. Virus and adware free.
You can ofcourse also update your W10 17.09 with the update option in the settings. Just to be paranoia make sure you backup everthing to the cloud or to an external drive.
Burning a WINDOWS USB on a Linux machine like ArcoLinux can be done with woeusb.
Change the device and name of the file. lsblk will show your device name.
sudo woeusb --device Win10_1803_English_x64.iso /dev/sdb
