Before installing a new operating system you can try it out “virtually” in an application. You can install it in VirtualBox or you can install it in Vmware.

We will show you the settings I use to install Antergos on my personal hardware. You should check out what settings to keep and what settings NOT to use.

  1. size of RAM
  2. size of harddisk
  3. size of RAM for video
  4. number of cpu’s
  5. mount the iso

Ofcourse you can install all other desktop environments the same way :

  • cinnamon
  • gnome
  • kde
  • mate
  • openbox
  • xfce
