Linux Mint 18 and 18.1 comes with a Mint-Y theme from Horst3180.

I have made scripts to change the green accent colour in the Mint-Y theme from Horst3180.

If you want to create your own personal Mint-Y theme, then you can use these scripts to make new themes with a personal colour.

If you want to download, what has already been created, then follow the next steps. These themes will also work on other distro’s if they are using GTK 3.18 and cinnamon 3.0 or 3.2.

Surf to https://github.com/erikdubois/Mint-Y-Colora-Theme-Collection.

Download the zip file and extract it or use this command in the terminal

You will find two folders cinnamon 3.0 and cinnamon 3.2.

Go to a terminal and type in this command to find out what version you have.

Copy/paste the content of the correct cinnamon version folder in your personal home directory in the hidden folder ~/.themes. Or just use the scripts from the github.

Change with your theme manager.
